Welcome to SKE Entertainment. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of tickets to any SKE Entertainment event. By purchasing a ticket or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Company Information: This website and all associated events are operated by Ske Group Inc., doing business as SKE Entertainment
Age Restrictions: Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page, all SKE Entertainment events are strictly 21+. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.
Right of Refusal: SKE Entertainment and our venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of venue rules (including dress codes or "no phone" policies). No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Location Drops: For events utilizing secret or undisclosed locations, the venue address will be released to ticket holders via email or SMS prior to the event. You agree not to publicly broadcast or share the venue location.
Liability Waiver: By attending an SKE Entertainment event, you assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to exposure to loud music, strobe lighting, and physical injury. Ske Group Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fresno County.
Photography, Video & Audio Recording Release: By purchasing a ticket and entering any SKE Entertainment event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded by our official media team. You grant Ske Group Inc. (and its affiliates, promoters, and media partners) the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, voice, and actions in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or reproduction made of, or at, the event. This material may be used for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes globally and in perpetuity, across any medium (including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and future event promotions) without any compensation, royalties, or prior approval from you. You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.
