Due to the nature of live event production and venue capacity limits, our refund policy is strictly enforced.

All Sales Are Final: SKE Entertainment does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any ticket purchases. Please confirm the event date, time, and your availability before completing your purchase.

Event Cancellations: In the rare event that a show is completely canceled by SKE Entertainment, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original method of payment.

Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be honored for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, a refund window of 7 days will be provided upon announcement of the new date.

Ticket Transfers: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your ticket to another individual privately. The name on the ticket does not need to match the ID at the door, provided the ticket barcode scans as valid and has not been previously checked in.
